First, we Filipinos felt undermined because our country was not included in Paypal’s dropdown list of countries thus not allowing us to join paypal. Then a few months back, Paypal partially opened its doors to the Philippines by allowing us a ’send only’ account. Though some didn’t like this idea, I believe that it was a good first step and somehow deep within me, I knew it won’t be the last step.
Now, I got my regular RSS Feed via email from Abe Olandres saying that Full Paypal Support is largely possible by 2007! Now that’s good news and I hope that it’s real news. Now we can really start making good business here in the Philippines as we will now be able to transact via Paypal – especially the eBay lovers!
