I recently closed a contract for P20,000 (about US$400) with the Tungkong Mangga Barangay Water Service System – our local tap water provider. Actually, they’ve been asking me to develop it for more than a year already but they seem to be quite hesitant about the $400 price tag. You might be amazed but that’s a huge amount of money to spend for a local water service system.
Anyways, after about a year, they finally came to decision to acquire my services in developing a billing system for their company. I am now in the process of programming said billing system and all seems fine so far. I will be visiting them tomorrow for a demonstration of the initial prototype that I just made for them. I hope they’ll like it.
