Making money is just about everybody’s dream. In our present world, almost every transaction involves money and without money it will be almost impossible to survive unless of course you live in the mountains. Funny thing is that even people living in the most remote places of the earth already use money and they know and make use of its value. In other words, we all need money. I need money and most probably you need money too.
But making money is really easy. The problem with making money is that once you’ve spent it, you go back to your work and make more money to sustain your chosen lifestyle. The better thing to do is to make money work for you. But how? It’s tough, I have to be honest with you about that but unless you learn how to make money work for you, you will end up toiling the ground for the rest of your life – but you don’t have to.
The advantage of making money work for you is that money becomes your employee. It serves you and the best part is that you don’t have to pay it anything. It won’t put up labor unions. It won’t get tired, it won’t sleep, it won’t be hungry, and YES, it won’t bite your back. But how do you this? Personally, I see three ways of doing this.
- Be a Businessman – a person engaged in commercial or industrial business.
- Be an Entrepreneur – A person who organizes, operates, and assumes the risk for a business venture.
- Be an Investor – someone who commits capital in order to gain financial returns.
You can be just one of the above or you can be all three but remember not to rush things. I’ve had my share of rushing things and believe me, it didn’t work out. It takes time, studying, learning, and failures to attain the goal of making money work for you. One thing is for sure, if your ambition is to be an employee until the day you retire then won’t be able to make money work for you until you change your goal. Use employment as a stepping stone to reach your goal of financial freedom.
